When my wife and I were looking to purchase a vacation home in the Phoenix area, we interviewed several local Realtors before finding Dale Chandler. We were so impressed with his knowledge of the area, the current market conditions and his access to financing options that we made the decision to use him as our agent. As we were dealing mostly from out of state, Dale did almost all of our leg work for us. He sent us every new listing for the areas we were looking at and then previewed each of those homes that we felt needed further review.
