Dale has maintained an impeccable track record representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions since 1995 and specializing in REO properties since 2007.  Some of his recent real estate community involvement includes the broadcast of interviews with Dale as an expert selling agent by radio stations such as KTAR, participation in expert panel discussions for the West Maricopa County Regional and Southeast Valley Associations of Realtors, and membership on the Keller Williams Realty Leadership Board of Directors. Dale is also a special commissioner for the Maricopa Supreme Court handling court ordered real estate sales.
